Our Mission is to help save lives and maintain quality of life through education, early detection, and prevention of life-threatening cardiovascular diseases and related risk factors.

Preventive Cardiovascular Screenings

Outreach Services

ASU Nursing Students helping to provide outreach services.

Cathedral Health Services addresses the needs of those who do not have adequate access to health services, facilities and/or insruance due to geographic location or financial hardship. These programs integrate education, nutrition, exercise, mental health counseling and other support efforts with our preventive health screenings.

Clinics were initiated in South Central Phoenix, and at St. Michael's Mission in Naco, Arizona and Centro de Salud in Naco, Sonora, Mexico. Other Health care clinics, sponsored and/or funded by foundation grants and government funding, are conducted each time that host sites and funds are made available.

Health Fair Planning and Implementation

Cathedral Health Services personnel lend their expertise to churches, community organizations and employers to develop and implement Health and Wellness Fairs. We offer our management skills, planning tools and access to dozens of quality service providers with whom we have built a strong affiliation.

In addition, we participate directly in the event by providing several free screening tests (i.e., blood pressure and pulse readings as well as blood glucose, bone density, vision and glaucoma screening tests) and by making our mobile cardiovascular screening services available.
